About Shipping
- After you place your order, we will ship it as soon as it is ready.
- For in-stock items, delivery dates can be specified between 5 days and 2 weeks from the date of purchase.
- We do not ship on holidays (Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays).
- Please note that deliveries during the New Year holidays will take longer than usual.
- We do not provide gift wrapping.
- On the shipping date, we will send you an email notifying you that your order has been shipped to the email address you registered.
If there is an error in your registration details and delivery is not possible, your order will be automatically cancelled. - Delivery times may vary depending on the product, such as pre-ordered items.
If you purchase items with different delivery times at the same time, they may be shipped separately according to their delivery times.
<Notes> *If you order a product that is eligible for Nekopos delivery, it will be delivered to your mailbox. Therefore, we cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates and times. Thank you for your understanding.
Returns and Exchanges

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in the product.
The appearance may vary depending on the environment. The color of the image is not considered a defect on our part.

In addition, some of our products are made in Japan and handcrafted in our atelier, which is itself part of the design. Therefore, there may be slight individual differences between products. We hope you will understand this in advance and enjoy the texture that can only be achieved through handcrafting.
[In the event of a defect at our store]
- If you receive a faulty item, we will accept returns or exchanges.
If you wish to do so, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Please note that the conditions for return and exchange (if a replacement product is available) are as follows:
- Within 7 days of receiving the product (unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer's warranty or law for products with problems or defects)
- Unworn, unwashed or only tried on indoors
- Comes complete with invoice, tag, inner paper, etc. (Please note that if the tag is removed from the product, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges.)
- The condition of the product and its packaging has not changed significantly since delivery.
- Repair requests are limited to products purchased on this website.
